Registration for the course is binding. Payment for the course is non-refundable unless the course is transferred to a substitute. In such a case, the course participant shall settle the costs with the substitute.
If the course participant does not complete the course and it expires, they may collect the materials that were already included in the course price. Alternatively, the materials will be sent to them at their expense, subject to agreement.
The organiser is not responsible for items belonging to the personal belongings of the course participant (money, securities, valuables, etc.).
The organiser is not responsible for the consequences of force majeure
(flood, fire, etc.). In the event that the organiser is forced to cancel the exhibition (courses) for reasons beyond its control (e.g. due to
a decree of the Czech Government prohibiting the organisation of exhibitions and other social events), or if the course is cancelled, the amount paid will be refunded. The organiser is not responsible for any other costs incurred by participants.
The know-how, techniques and teaching materials obtained from the workshop
may not be disclosed by the course participant. Any recordings made may be used only for personal, not commercial purposes. Taking photographs and videos is only permitted with the express consent of the lecturer. The photographs and recordings taken may not be published.
