Organizer:
Provides the participants with an exhibition space corresponding to the agreement according to the participant's application form for the duration of the exhibition.
Provides the individuals and organizations with everything necessary for the exhibition, production and distribution of promotional materials for the exhibition and all preparatory work.
The organiser is entitled to change the location or shape of the participant's stand/exhibition space without reducing the exhibition area if any unforeseen technical obstacles arise. In
other cases, changes are only possible with the consent of the participant. The organiser is responsible for the layout of the exhibition as a whole and any changes or modifications to
individual parts.
The organiser has the right to unrestricted access to the stand/exhibition space in order to check its condition, the condition of utilities, building structures and architectural units.
The organiser is not responsible for items of participant's personal belongings (money, securities, valuables,
etc.). The organiser provides night security for the exhibition. During the opening hours of the exhibition as scheduled, participants are responsible for their own exhibits.
The organiser is not responsible for the consequences of force majeure (flood, fire, etc.). In case if the organiser is forced to cancel the exhibition due to circumstances beyond its
control (e.g. due to a governmental decree banning the holding of exhibitions and other social events), the organiser will transfer the fees associated with participation in the
exhibition (e.g. registration fee, exhibition space price) and paid by the participant directly to the organiser to the same exhibition event at a postponed date. The organiser is not
responsible for any other costs incurred by participants.
The participant is obliged to:
Present at the exhibition products fully compatible with the theme of the exhibition.
Set up their products and exhibition equipment only on the rented area of the stand / exhibition space without encroaching on the perimeter boundary of the rented space.
On the podium, it is prohibited to place exhibits higher than 70 cm, also with any construction. If anyone has any construction on their podium, it must be securely and firmly anchored
and must not exceed the footprint of the podium in any direction. The artists must not damage the podium. If this happens, they are obliged to pay its full value.
At the end of the exhibition, hand over all stand construction and equipment in its original condition, in case of damage and contamination of the construction and equipment with adhesive
tape, the participant is obliged to pay the cost of repairing the damaged and cleaning the contaminated elements of the stand construction and
other equipment.
Ensure the permanent presence of himself or his assistant at the stand during the opening hours of the exhibition. Comply with sanitary and fire safety rules.
Participants are required to remain with their exhibits until the official end of the exhibition.
To ensure the dismantling and removal of their exhibits, information and promotional materials from the exhibition area by 10:00pm - 10 November 2024.
Not to dismantle and clean up exhibits before 5:30pm and remove them from the exhibition before
6:00pm on 10 November 2024.
Not to violate the rules of the exhibition, not to disturb other participants with noise, music or lighting effects.
The participant is obliged to consult the organizer for any promotional activities for visitors.
Any audio or moving advertising outside the participant's stand must be agreed in writing with the organiser well in advance to avoid disturbing other participants and visitors.
Any advertising that violates the integrity of the exhibition, ethics and morals or damages the prestige of the exhibition and the organiser may be prohibited by the organiser. In the
event that a participant disobeys the instructions of the organizer, the power supply to the participant's booth may be cut off regardless of any damage caused to the booth lighting. At
the same time, the participant shall not be entitled to any compensation for damages, whether direct or indirect, caused by the power failure.
Participants may only participate in the television filming if they are accredited by the organiser.
Do not engage in activities that are prohibited or contrary to applicable law.
Exhibition space or stand means:
Hall - art zone:
- Exhibitor's table 150 x 60 cm + 1 chair (max. number of artists: 2).
- Triangular stand 2.5 x 2.5m - 2 walls closed, open front, 2 spot lights, collar with exhibitor's name,
150 x 60 x 75 cm table +1 chair, or or table 200 x 100 x 110 cm + 1 chair (max. number of artists: 2)
- Stage 1x1x1m + 1 chair (max. number of artists: 1)
- Marionettes stand 1,5 x 1m + textile backdrops, 2 spot lights, 1 table, 1 chair
Upper ground floor:
Exhibitor's table 150 x 60 cm + 1 chair (max. number of artists: 2)
Business table 150 x 60 cm + 1 chair (max. number of artists: 2)
Not allowed:
Pets are not permitted within the exhibition venue.
Diminish the passageways between exhibition spaces and booths with goods, furniture and other exhibition equipment, the exhibition itself, decorations, packaging and other items.
Carrying out activities that interfere with the work of other participants in the exhibition. Use the aisles as a place for your own activities.
Presentations or other activities with demonstrations may only be made on the stage or in a place in the exhibition area reserved for this purpose. The scenario of the presentation or
activity must be provided
to the exhibition organiser well in advance.
To provide exhibition space to a third party, either partially or completely for a fee or even free of charge without the written consent of the exhibition organiser. Selling industrial
items on the stand that do not correspond to the theme of the exhibition.
Sticking stickers (single-sided or double-sided tape or painter's tape) on rented inventory or booth walls.
Damage in any way (either by taping, mounting or unmounting, etc.) the booths and other structures and inventory of the show.
Carry out independent construction and assembly work inside the building without the consent of the organiser.
Place or distribute advertising materials of their own or third parties both on their stand/exhibition space and outside the stand without the written consent of the organiser.
Make advertising presentations inside the building and in the adjacent area without the written consent of the organiser.
Use any electrical appliances (kettles, heaters, irons, etc.) on the stand.
Decorate the stand or area with inflatable balloons filled with helium.
Swap or transfer furniture and equipment between stands/exhibition site without permission from the organiser.
Exhibitors who do not comply with the organiser's orders are liable to pay a fine of CZK 5.000,- and any damages incurred. Furthermore, the organizer reserves the right to immediately
cancel the contract with the participant who has violated the Terms and Conditions of Participation without the right to a refund of the payment for participation, space and other
expenses.
Registration Fee:
Registration fee is mandatory for all exhibitors, except assistants. It is used for advertising and information purposes and is not refundable upon cancellation. The registration
fee is 1300 CZK.
This amount includes: 1 participation wristband + 1 participation wristband for assistant. Each participant is entitled to bring one assistant, whose presence must be communicated to
the Doll Prague team in advance. The assistant's admission fee is included in the registration fee. Other family members wishing to attend the exhibition will need to purchase tickets,
which are available as a 3-day pass option.
For each additional registration fee only one participation bracelet for another artist is due. In addition, 1 participant diploma (additional diplomas for group booth participants are
paid for separately).
Transfer or assignment of registration wristbands to third parties is a violation of the Rules of Participation. If discovered, the wristband will be confiscated and a fine of 5.000,- CZK
will be imposed. An additional wristband can be purchased at the show at the ticket office. The price of additional wristbands will be announced later.
Rules and deadlines:
In
case of non-payment of the invoice, a reminder will be sent, and if payment is not made within a week even after the reminder has been sent, then participation automatically expires. The
organizer is no longer obligated to inform the participant further about this.
In case of a written cancellation of participation in the exhibition, the cancellation fee is 50% of the amount paid
if the notice is sent before 1 September 2024. If the notice is sent after September 1st the participation fee is not refundable. The registration fee is not refundable in any case.

All payments can be made by bank transfer to the following account.
Always indicate in the memo to the recipient: the INVOICE NUMBER, NAME AND INCOME OF THE PARTICIPANT as stated on the registration form.
